Bill Harbottle joined The Jim Pattison Auto Group in 1997 and leads the company with the drive of a true entrepreneur. Bill began his career in the recreational vehicle sales business in 1972, and subsequently owned a number of businesses including Hilltop Toyota Ltd. in Salmon Arm, BC. Prior to advancing to the position of President in 2008, Bill made significant contributions to the growth of the company as Business Development Manager and Executive Vice-President.
Prior to joining The Jim Pattison Auto Group, Dan Hackett learned the ropes of the automotive industry through a variety of positions in service, parts and administration. In 1987 Dan became part of our Company as an Office Manager at Metro Toyota Victoria. He had recently graduated from the Certified General Accountant program and his industry knowledge and accounting skills quickly led to career opportunities with the Auto Group. Dan was promoted to the position of Dealership Comptroller, Regional Comptroller, and in 1999 to his current role as Vice-President, Finance and Administration.
Linda was born and raised in Burnaby, BC and has lived in the Lower
Mainland her whole life. At a very early age, she was interested in the
workings of an office and have carried that passion into her everyday
life and career. She has two grown sons that are the pride and joy of
She received her professional designation of "Certified Professional Secretary" in 1989. Her extensive experience over the years has taken her into many different environments, such as meat supplier, convenience stores, pharmacy and now automotive.
Teresa started working with The Jim Pattison Auto Group as a part-time
receptionist in 1988. The Jim Pattison Auto Group encourages promoting from within, and Teresa has successfully worked her way through the accounting positions, and became the Office Manager of the very first Jim Pattison
Hyundai dealership in 2000. As Regional Manager, Administration, Teresa now takes on the role of providing mentorship for our new administration staff across the Auto
Elaine Forrest began her journey with the Jim Pattison Auto Group in April 1987. Elaine grew up in the car business as her father was a part owner of Metro Toyota Ltd. The Jim Pattison Auto Group has provided her with training, mentorship and opportunity to progress from reception through management at Metro Toyota Duncan. In 1998 Elaine then became the Office Manager for Metro Lexus Toyota-Victoria and Senior Accountant for the Auto Group. She has enjoyed the unique opportunities that have been presented to her, the people that she works with and the philosophies that we all believe in, and that can be summarized in the word "Kaizen", continuous improvement.
David joined The Jim Pattison Auto Group in 2012. David manages the Professional Development and NADA Academy programs, whose aim is to develop the skill level at all levels of management. He conducts KPI and Finex report reviews, as well as our Quarterly Performance reviews. David acquired his automotive experience through a variety of positions in Canada and abroad. He started his career as a Deloitte auditor in Europe and then helped to establish the Toyota Distributorship for the former Yugoslavia. After completing an MBA at McGill University, he held retail and wholesale positions at Hyundai Auto Canada and General Motors. Prior to joining The Jim Pattison Auto Group, he worked as a District Sales Manager with our four Jim Pattison Hyundai dealerships.
Cherie joined the Jim Pattison Auto Group in 2013 and brought with her over 10 years of experience in both sales, administration and operations with two of the leading automobile manufacturers in Canada and in dealership operations. In her current role, Cherie prepares and guides our dealerships through the implementation of new customer relationship processes to assist with the management of guest interactions.
Prior to joining The Jim Pattison Auto Group, Ben worked in the automotive industry as a strategic services consultant, working with both groups and individual dealerships to help them improve their processes and grow their businesses. As CRM Coordinator for the Auto Group, Ben is not only improving our processes, but is helping our dealerships stay in touch with their clients and ensuring that every customer receives the quality care they deserve.
Pamela joined The Jim Pattison Auto Group as a Five Star Coordinator at Jim Pattison Chrysler Jeep Dodge Surrey in 2007 for the Sales and Service departments. During that time, she also coordinated the dealership's relocation. Pamela then moved to the Sales Department and quickly became the top performing salesperson each and every month. She was then promoted to Sales Manager at Jim Pattison Hyundai Coquitlam. In 2015, Pamela took on a new challenge as the Auto Group's CEC Manager. With the new development of the Customer Experience Centre, Pamela with the support and efforts of her Call Agents, has been able to provide clients optimal customer service.
Wesley Wong started his career in the automotive industry in 2007. Since then, he has held various marketing positions in both OEM and retail group environments, working with a variety of brands, including GM, BMW, MINI, and Infiniti. He is always open to ideas and enjoys finding new ways to effectively and efficiently promote a brand. Wesley is determined to contribute to the continual growth of The Jim Pattison Auto Group.
Amby has been dedicated to the marketing and advertising industry for almost 7 years now. With her most previous role as an Advertising Account Manager in a reputable agency in Dubai, most of her works on administrative and advertising campaign projects are world-class. She managed internationally known brands in the United Arab Emirates and also catered projects in other locations worldwide such as South Africa, Russia, and Europe. She is excited to bring immediate and strategic value to the different automotive brands at The Jim Pattison Auto Group.
Hamish has been working in the digital marketing field since 2010 and the auto retail industry since 2014. He has been continually fascinated with the ever-evolving ability of brands to reach targeted audiences through digital media, and is determined to apply the best digital marketing tools available to the Jim Pattison Auto Group's mission of growth and providing an industry-leading customer experience.
Prior to joining The Jim Pattison Auto Group, Mark worked in the construction industry and has over 20 years of construction experience. As the Director, Facilities & Project Management, Mark provides support to our facility staff and is responsible for the smooth functioning of our facilities. As we continue to grow and build new dealerships, Mark also works very closely with general contractors by developing and monitoring performance so that projects are completed on time and within budget. He also makes sure that site safety, environmental standards, quality of materials, and workmanship meet or exceed our standards.
Prior to joining The Jim Pattison Auto Group, Jim worked in automotive insurance and service sectors. Jim had years of experiences in internal and external audit. As a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor, Jim is working to support and contribute to the Auto Group's continuous improvement of governance, risk management and control processes.
