    Bill Harbottle joined The Jim Pattison Auto Group in 1997 and leads the company with the drive of a true entrepreneur.  Bill began his career in the recreational vehicle sales business in 1972, and subsequently owned a number of businesses including Hilltop Toyota Ltd. in Salmon Arm, B. C.  Prior to advancing to the position of President in 2008, Bill made significant contributions to the growth of the company as Business Development Manager and Executive Vice-President.

    Prior to joining The Jim Pattison Auto Group, Dan Hackett learned the ropes of the automotive industry through a variety of positions in service, parts and administration.  In 1987 Dan became part of our Company as an Office Manager at Metro Toyota Victoria.  He had recently graduated from the Certified General Accountant program and his industry knowledge and accounting skills quickly led to career opportunities with the Auto Group.  Dan was promoted to the position of Dealership Comptroller, Regional Comptroller, and in 1999 to his current role as Vice-President, Finance and Administration.

    I was born and raised in Burnaby, BC and have lived in the Lower Mainland my whole life.  At a very early age I was interested in the workings of an office and have carried that passion into my everyday life and career.  I have two grown sons' that are the pride and joy of my life.
    I received my professional designation of "Certified Professional Secretary" in 1989.  My varied experience over the years has taken me into many different environments, such as meat supplier, convenience stores, pharmacy and now automotive.

    Joey Goncalves graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology's Building Technology Program in 1992 and Carleton University's School of Architecture in 1997 and has worked primarily in the Commercial / Retail segment of architecture while working at a local Vancouver firm where his responsibilities ranged from initial concept design right through to construction administration and project handover.  
    Joey joined the Jim Pattison Auto Group in 2006  where he continues to develop and refine his skills in design and construction management to create unique and functional environment for both customers and employees.  His dedication and attention to detail is evident in every project or task that he is involved in, regardless of size or complexity.

    Since opening his first business at age 19, Cody O'Neil has shown a keen aptitude for marketing and ecommerce.  With a diverse skill set ranging from branding and digital marketplace management to asset creation and social media Cody has had the pleasure of working with some of the leading entertainment companies in the world, such as Electronic Arts, Warner Bros, Microsoft and Sony.  With this experience Cody frequently presents intuitive and insightful programs that leave long lasting, positive results.

    With a very diverse background, Angela has over 4 years of marketing and promotional experience through being involved in a number of organizations and committees. As a member of the eCommerce Team for the Jim Pattison Auto Group, she focuses on web development, SEO, content management, and social media. New to the Automotive Industry, Angela is excited to learn more about both this evolving industry and eCommerce marketing to help build a stronger relationship between our customers of all ages and our knowledgeable auto group members.

    Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Heather is a graduate of Ontario College to Art and Design (OCAD) University majoring in Graphic Design. She brings enthusiasm and a love of great design to the Jim Pattison Auto Group. While attending OCAD, she was able to participated in an exchange, taking her half way around the world to Australia where she was able to gain further experience in different markets and cultures. It was this experience, in addition to her education, that led to working with some prominent companies and organizations, such as the Toronto Zoo and EF Educational Tours, before she moved out west to British Columbia. With a diverse background in design, Heather has worked on projects for both print and web and is excited about bringing that experience to her new role here as the creative designer for the eCommerce Department.

    David Bremsak joined the Jim Pattison Auto Group in 2012. David will be managing the JPAG Professional Development and NADA Academy programs whose aim is to develop the skill level at all levels of management. He will be conducting KPI and Finex report reviews and will be joining Dan Hackett in a new initiative conducting Quarterly Performance reviews.

    David acquired his automotive experience through a variety of positions in Canada and abroad. He started his career as a Deloitte auditor in Europe and then helped to establish the Toyota Distributorship for the former Yugoslavia. After completing an MBA at McGill University, he held retail and wholesale positions at companies such as Hyundai Auto Canada and General Motors. Before joining the Jim Pattison Auto Group, he worked as a District Sales Manager with all four Jim Pattison Hyundai dealerships.

    I started working with the Jim Pattison Auto Group as a part-time receptionist in 1988. Because of the Jim Pattison Auto Group's policy of promoting from within,  I was given the opportunity to work my way up through the various accounting positions. The great mentorship that I received through the Jim Pattison Auto Group and its staff gave me the opportunity  to became the Office Manager of the very first Jim Pattison Hyundai dealership in 2000.  I have now taken on the role of providing assistance and mentorship for new administration staff with the Auto Group.  I am looking forward to offering many individuals the same opportunity that I was given with this group.

    Brett received his Bachelor of Commerce in 1984 specializing in accounting and became a Chartered Accountant in 1988. Brett spent the next four years in Bermuda working primarily in the Insurance industry. Returning to Canada in 1992, Brett settled in the lower mainland where he worked as a budget officer for the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Brett's first introduction to the Auto Industry was in 1994 when he joined Freeway Chrysler as a Secretary Treasurer and has remained in the Automotive industry since that time. With Brett's audit and process improvement background and his understanding of the automotive business, Brett was hired to the role of Operational Auditor. Brett enjoys reviewing key segments of our business to assess and manage risk, design and implement process improvements and identifying ways to improve efficiencies and cost savings without impacting our customer's experience.

    Elaine Forrest began her journey with the Jim Pattison Auto Group in April 1987.  Elaine grew up in the car business as her father was a part owner of Metro Toyota Ltd.  The Jim Pattison Auto Group has provided her with training, mentorship and opportunity to progress from reception through management at Metro Toyota Duncan.  In 1998 Elaine then became the Office Manager for Metro Lexus Toyota-Victoria and Senior Accountant for the Auto Group.  She has enjoyed the unique opportunities that have been presented to her, the people that she works with and the philosophies that we all believe in, and that can be summarized in the word "Kaizen", continuous improvement.
