In order to be eligible for any individual awards, the employee must have been with The Jim Pattison Auto Group for the full calendar year. In some years, the number of awards presented may vary if the criteria for an award is not met.

Financial Services Manager of the Year
Based on the highest average gross profit per unit in the Auto Group
Overall Dealership Performance Award
Determined by a combination of growth in dealership sales, gross profit and net income, as well as high achievement in customer satisfaction ratings, market share and return on investment capital. Other factors that are considered include staff training and development, and Sparkle Program achievement
Customer Satisfaction Award
Based on highest 12-month combined manufacturer CSI above average zone average in the Auto Group
Fixed Operations Performance Award
Determined by a combination of growth in fixed operations sales, gross profit and departmental operating department, as well as customer satisfaction ratings, quality of management, and staff training and development
Technician of the Year
Based on the most charged-out hours in the Auto Group
